High-gradient magnetic separation strips iron-bearing and paramagnetic minerals.

Stage 05 — Magnetic Separation

Vibratory dewatering screens and controlled drying bring moisture down to final specification.

Stage 06 — Dewatering

Multi-deck precision screening holds AFS 40–100 — custom sizes supplied as per customer requirements.

Laboratory-verified silica sand with a Certificate of Analysis on every production lot.

Moisture-proof 20 Kg and 50 Kg bags, staged and loaded for scheduled dispatch.
